Leather, as we call him, is a 12 year old, 15 hand Quarter Horse gelding that is well broke to ride and super fun to have around, We have taken Leather on lots of trail rides and he has also been used in parades. Leather is a gentle gelding that about anybody could get along with!! Leather rides in the arena and out on the trails as well as out on the main highway, Leather picks up both…
Leather, as we call him, is a 12 year old, 15 hand Quarter Horse gelding that is well broke to ride and super fun to have around, We have taken Leather on lots of trail rides and he has also been used in parades. Leather is a gentle gelding that about anybody could get along with!! Leather rides in the arena and out on the trails as well as out on the main highway, Leather picks up both his leads He has a smooth walk, trot and slow canter. Leather rides great by himself or with other horses. Leather also does well with turnout with other horses. We have used Leather to run errands and check fences and push cattle from pasture to pasture. We have also taken Leather down the main highway and up in the mountains. He does not refuse. Leather goes over logs and through the water and wherever you point him at with no hesitation!! Did I mention he also drives? He has been used in weddings, hooked with other horses and also to give rides down through town. We have exposed Leather to flappy tarps and bouncy balls and also carried the American Flag. We have also taken him over all kinds of obstacles and he does not mind any of it, Leather comes up to you in the pasture and loves to be loved on, Leather is up-to-date on farrier and Dewormer and had his teeth done 5-7-23 Leather sells safe and a 100% sound
