Indi a 3 year old 15.2 hh Percheron Quarter Horse cross mare. She is an exceptionally good minded horse with a sweet disposition; easy to get along with she is suitable for any level of rider. Indi has had one year professional training. During which time Indi has mastered all gaits including ; walk, extended walk, trot, extended trot, lope, and extended lope. Indi knows how to stop on “woah”, back, side-pass, pivot, open a gait, simple and flying lead changes, ride bridle-less, dally and drag a log, carry a flag, and jump! She rides out soft and slow on a loose rein, will pickup her gait when asked, and will collect back into the bridle easily when. You’ll love riding her as her rein leg and seat cues are light making her easy to maneuver; whilst maintaining a forgiving nature making her rider feel safe and secure. Indi has been exposed to many environments including going down the trail, ranch horse shows, and ranch life alongside cattle. Indi has helped her trainer pony other colts being started under-saddle. Indi loads willingly and backs off the trailer and has been hauled out frequently. Easy to bathe and clip. Indi will pick up her feet willingly, is a farrier favorite. Indi lunges on a long line and is easy to work in a round-pen; as she knows voice cues and body language to join up. Indi will pick you up off the mounting block with the raise of your arm and a whistle! Rides the same bareback as she does in both english and western tack. The perfect age and height to continue training for a specific discipline if desired but is a fabulous riding horse as is having a strong foundation and keeps her training with time off.
