Meet McCurdy’s Trigger, a 2020 registered TWHBEA gelding standing 15.1 hands. Sired by great Little John Lester, this gelding was bred and raised on our farm where he was started slowly and correctly. Throughout his past two years of training, he has turned into an exceptional trail horse and will make a lucky person a nice family horse. He has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife throughout the piney woods of South Georgia where he has spent hundred of miles riding by himself as well as with others. He is sure-footed and will cross any log, ditch, or obstacle. Trigger is happy to ride off alone, lead the group or follow quietly behind. He is safe around dogs, tractors, traffic and guns. Not only will he gait and lope, but Trigger is happy to slow down and walk anywhere, making him the perfect match for someone looking to ease along any trails. Trigger will stand quietly for grooming, saddling, clipping, and the farrier, as well as being hobble broke. He will also stand to be mounted or side pass up to anything with the snap of your fingers for easy mounting! He is quiet in the bridle and responsive. He has a nice stop, back and neck reins. This gelding is easy and fun. You are sure to love him!!
