We have been breeding for the absolute best horses and producing the absolute best horses since 1887. We do not market sales barn horses and make up a sale story to pretend we know them. We personally have raised and ridden generation after generation of our horses so we can truly represent them as we truly do know them. They are an extension of the Stenberg Family.
We market colts through finished Ranch Horses at the realistic prices. We offer the option of leaving your new buddy here on the ranch to be ready to “Ride the West” anytime you choose.
You are invited to stay in the bunk house as our guest. You and your entire family can participate in ranch activities or maybe explore one of the eight mountain ranges surrounding the ranch. Trout fishing and wildlife viewing is everywhere, and Glacier and Yellowstone National Park are an easy drive. We are NOT a Dude Ranch. We are a historic ranching Family that wants to spread the word on what we as an industry provide to the nation. We do this by cultivating friendships to anyone wanting to realize their horse lovers dream come true. The owner of Seabiscuit, Mr. Charles Howard said, “this should not only be for the rich, but everyone should also be able to be part of this”. You are our guest so you will visit and stay at no cost.
When you purchase your new horse, you may choose to take him home. However, if you choose the option of leaving him at the ranch for further training, or you may live in a location that is not feasible to keep a horse, or any other reason, you are encouraged to take us up on our offer to provide care, training or boarding with no time restrictions. It is our pleasure to be able to share our way of life, in the most breathtaking part of the West, with you, our newfound friends.
